Air Jordan 4 Retro - Black Cat 2020 Sneaker

Jordan Brand brings back a mid-2000’s classic with the Jordan 4 Black Cat (2020). Originally debuting in 2006, this is the first time the Black Cat colorway has seen a retro. The fourteen year Black Cat drought has officially ended.

This Jordan 4 is composed of a black nubuck suede upper with matching detailing. Black hardware, netting, and outsoles complete the design.

The Air Jordan 4 Retro - University Blue updates the classic silhouette with a suede upper in a familiar hue. Secondary Jumpman branding adorns the woven tongue tag, designed to mimic a jock tag that typically appears on the bottom hem of Jordan jerseys.

The Air Jordan 4 Retro - Military Black showcases the same colour blocking and materials featured on the OG ‘Military Blue’ colourway from 1989. Smooth white leather is utilized on the upper, bolstered with a forefoot overlay in grey suede. Contrasting black accents make their way to the TPU eyelets, molded heel tab, and the Jumpman logo displayed on the woven tongue tag. The Air Jordan IV debuted in 1989 and was designed by Tinker Hatfield. It features lightweight netting and plastic wings on the upper as well as visible Max Air. The original colourways of the Air Jordan IV are 'White/Cement,' 'Bred,' 'Military,' and 'Fire Red.

The Air Jordan 4 Retro - Purple Metallic released as part of the three-shoe Metallic Pack. Built with white leather, the upper includes tonal mesh on the quarter panel and vamp. The look is highlighted by metallic Court Purple on the eyelets, while more Court Purple marks the branding, tongue and Max Air unit in the heel.

Combining the silhouette's "Oreo" and "White/Cement" colourways, the Air Jordan 4 Retro "White Oreo" sneakers boast a monochrome design. Speckled grey detailing appears alongside the pair's white "wings" whilst the Jumpman motif stands out in a bold Fire Red.

The Air Jordan 4 Retro - Shimmer features structural wings, molded eyelets, and quarter panel netting for enhanced breathability. The neutral colour scheme is enlivened by a metallic silver Jumpman atop the tongue. The Air Jordan 4 Retro KAWS - Cool Grey design removes the silhouette’s traditional plastic accents and dresses the entire upper and midsole in a premium grey suede upper. The sneaker also features KAWS’ ‘XX’ branding on the heel tab. The shoes were released alongside a small capsule collection that included a coaches jacket, hoodie, t-shirt, and hat in March of 2017. The hype was so intense for this release that the in-store raffle at Patta in London was read the riot act by the police and sneakerheads hacked into Donnelly’s website for a chance at the drop.

The A-Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 4 Retro - Violet Ore delivers an elevated take on the legacy silhouette. The Atlanta-based retailer dresses the mid-top in a muted purple nubuck upper, accented with tonal quarter panel netting and a decorative chrome rivet embedded in the lateral collar. Woven flight tongue tags display mismatched Jumpman and A-Ma Maniére branding. Inscribed across the interior side of each heel tab is the phrase ‘It’s not about the shoes … it’s about where you’re going.’ Quilted textile lines the collar and insole for a comfortable fit. The sneaker rides on a cream-coloured polyurethane midsole with visible Air-sole cushioning in the heel.

The Air Jordan 4 Retro - Taupe Haze sneaker presents an understated colourway design. A dark taupe finish is applied to the upper, constructed from a blend of textured suede with cracked leather on the collar, tongue, and mudguard. Contrasting black hits land on the laces, plastic wings, and heel tab, the latter marked with an embossed Jumpman logo. A second Jumpman icon is rendered in Infrared on the tongue tag, matching the interior lining of the tongue. Lightweight cushioning is provided by a two-tone PU midsole, housing a visible Air unit in the heel and encapsulated Air in the forefoot.

The Air Jordan 4 Retro - Cool Grey  celebrates the iconic sneaker's in a true-to-form retro colourway. The Cool Grey nubuck upper is framed with a white midsole that houses a visible Air unit, while black details line the outsole and lace loops. A hint of Varsity Maize appears on the tongue patch, Air bubble and outsole, while a chrome Jumpman logo adorns the back heel.

The Air Jordan 4 Retro - Royalty sneaker brings elevated accents and an elevated construction to the classic basketball silhouette. Built with suede, the shoe's upper appears in black, overlaid by synthetic leather on the heel and highlighted by metallic gold on the signature eyelets and heel branding. Underfoot, visible Air in the heel of the contrasting polyurethane midsole provides cushioning, giving way to a herringbone rubber outsole for traction.

Giving the nod to Spike Lee's Do the Right Thing, the Air Jordan 4 Retro - Rasta sneaker features a look inspired by one of the movie's more notable scenes. Modeled after the Air Jordan 4 'White Cement' worn by Buggin' Out, the shoe also draws from the character's custom lacing job. The usual tooling includes visible Air underfoot.

Bringing back a 2006 colourway, which released alongside the 'Thunder,' the Air Jordan 4 Retro - Lightning 2021 sneaker features inspiration from Michael Jordan's motorsports team. The shoe's upper is built with nubuck, finished in Tour Yellow and contrasted by the mesh netting and signature wings. Underfoot, a white PU midsole houses visible Air in the heel to provide cushioning, giving way to a herringbone rubber outsole for traction.
